Is SmartWatch compatible with my SmartPhone ?

All our SmartWatches are compatible with iPhone and all Android SmartPhones (Samsung, LG, Nokia, RedMe etc ..)

What's difference between SmartLady, SmartLady Pro and SmartLady Shiny ?

SmartLady Shiny and SmartLady Pro have AOD (Always On Display) option.
You can set watch screen to always display the time and to not go into standby mode.

SmartLady has bigger screen but no AOD option.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

You will be able to follow the progress of your order with the tracking link.

What are the delivery times?

Johannesburg : 1-2 days
Other area in South Africa : 3-4 days
Other country in Africa : 5-7 days

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
